Individual Sessions
Our individual sessions provide athletes and performers with a confidential, one-to-one space to explore the mental aspects of their performance and wellbeing. Sessions can be tailored to your individual goals, challenges, and sporting context. Using evidence-based psychological techniques, we work collaboratively with you to develop practical mental skills and strategies that can be applied in training, competition, and everyday life, supporting both performance development and personal growth.

Team Sessions
Our team sessions focus on developing the psychological and interpersonal factors that underpin effective team performance. Working with squads, coaches, or support staff, sessions may address areas such as communication, leadership, team culture, role clarity, collective confidence, and performing under pressure. Using interactive, evidence-based activities and facilitated discussion, we can support teams in understanding how individual and group behaviours influence the team. We can help develop shared strategies that aim to enhance cohesion, accountability, and performance in training and competition.

Workshops
We also offer sport psychology workshops, delivered as engaging 30-minute to 1-hour sessions designed to help develop key psychological skills for both performance and wellbeing. Sessions introduce evidence-based techniques used within sport psychology and are presented in a practical and accessible way.
Workshops can focus on any area of sport psychology and content is adapted to the needs of the group, with the aim of equipping athletes with tools they can apply immediately.
While workshops provide a useful introduction to psychological skills, they are designed as standalone, educational sessions and therefore offer more general, “off-the-shelf” strategies. For teams seeking a more effective programme, a full team service could be more beneficial.
